Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the w9999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household connections — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. w9999 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any associated balances upon detection.

Accounts that fail to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or suspended.
w9999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at w9999's discretion. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions on the Platform.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The w9999 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for Pakistani players. All account balances, deposits, wagering thresholds, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

In the event of conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Players must meet all wagering requirements in full before submitting a withdrawal request against bonus-derived funds.
w9999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies; participating in a bonus using multiple accounts (including through family members or associates); and misrepresenting eligibility for a promotional offer. w9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued participation in a promotion after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the w9999 Platform. Violation of any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

The decision of w9999's technical team regarding malfunctions is final.
w9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings panel, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling on w9999 may activate a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six (6) months through their account settings. During any active self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be restricted from Real Money Play and no promotional communications will be sent. Players who self-exclude may not request reactivation before the exclusion period expires.

The w9999 name, logo, and brand identifiers are trade marks of the Company. Unauthorised use of w9999 trade marks in any context, including in domain names, social media accounts, or marketing materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w9999's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
w9999 shall not be liable — under any legal theory including contract, tort, or strict liability — for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) interruption of service due to events outside w9999's reasonable control, including network outages, Pakistani telecom disruptions, payment processor failures, or force majeure events; or (d) any reliance by a Player on information or content available on the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w9999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
A Player may close their w9999 account at any time by submitting a written request to w9999 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
w9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — and to void all associated bonuses and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation — where w9999 reasonably believes that a Player has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false or fraudulent information; (c) engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 6; (d) acted in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players; or (e) become subject to a legal or regulatory obligation requiring action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w9999 holds its gaming license. Players agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the w9999 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact w9999 support to attempt informal resolution. w9999 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt of a formal complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified by w9999's gaming license conditions.
w9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the Platform or registered email address with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the w9999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.
